How to stable our mind-2
3 important things to achieve stability of mind:
1. Austerity- It means discipline or control on our behaviour.
In behaviour, 1st thing we have to focus on building honest, selfless, kind, sensitive, non-violent character. 2nd thing, we have to control our greed and ambitions as they will make us selfish and immoral. 3rd thing, we have to eat simple food. Food in which no more species have used, more natural like fruits, milk, vegetables, cereals, rice, wheat.
Reason of above is to develop stronger mind.
2. Worship- It means, dedicate ourself into love. Forget everything. Leave yourself for love. Just do what love wants from us to do.
3. Meditation- It is an exercise of a mind. We have to daily sit for 30 to 60 minutes and focus on our breathing. It needs persistence of a person.
By successfully passing all these steps one can achieve calm mind or stability. Focus majorly on the first step. Because actions bring change.
